The transition coordinator is not just another advisor.
The role is strategic and integrative — structuring and coordinating all the actions and communications between the trustee, family members, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auction houses, museums, insurers, storage facilities, financial advisors, realtors and other transition team members to optimize a process through to a clearly defined completion.
We make the team more effective by first laying out a comprehensive strategy that addresses all the elements of the complex estate. We then oversee the execution of each step with the trustee to ensure that the right actions happen in the right order and everybody knows what the others are doing so no one is ever left navigating alone.
Engagements are structured around estate complexity: asset type, geographic spread, family dynamics, entity structure, documentation condition, and market sensitivity.
There is no standard package because there is no standard complex estate.
