We do not replace the trustee nor are we the estate's attorney. Legal services are always provided by outside counsel.
Our responsibility is ensuring the trustee always understands how to integrate the work of the transition team so communications are open, the estate is inventoried and appraised correctly, taxes and expenses are paid timely, assets are distributed fairly, sales happen appropriately and the estate settles cleanly.
Our combined experience, and that of the transition team we help assemble, is used to evaluate the estate in the context of the planning documents, assets, liabilities, markets and beneficiary dynamics, then develop a reasonable transition strategy that is communicated, adjusted, and worked through to conclusion.

He is a licensed pilot, served as CEO of the San Francisco Auto Museum and the Academy of Art Automobile Collection and is currently the president of the Candy Store in Burlingame. He chairs the Hillsborough Concours d'Elegance, helping elevate it into one of the country's most respected car shows and speaks frequently on why vintage cars are moving pieces of history.
Founder of Town & Country Insurance Services, an insurance broker and appraiser specializing in hot rods, motorcycles, and collector vehicles in Burlingame since 1996. He performs certified appraisals for insurance and estate purposes of some of the largest and most diverse vehicle collections in the Bay Area. He has many long-standing relationships across the Bay Area collector community and served as Car Advisory Chairperson for the Palo Alto Concours and currently serves on the organizing committee of the Hillsborough Concours d'Elegance.
